Purchasing a used train can be tricky.  We have been disappointed as many times as pleased with purchases from the internet.  To collect on a “keeper” level, however, you will need to hunt further than your local hobby store.

GUARANTEE

Let us take the risk for you.  We guarantee that all trains and accessories purchased from TrainKeepers.com are in working condition.  If we cannot offer it to you this way, the exception to our rule will be clearly noted.

Our purpose is to build confidence in collectors.  We also hope to make friends in cyber space.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 7 days for a full refund. (Note: we must receive it back within 7 days from the day of delivery to you.  Please be aware of shipping times, and get acquainted with your purchase upon arrival.  You will be responsible for return shipping costs.  We will contact you as soon as we receive the return to establish your refund.)

Also, if the 7 days have lapsed and you are unsatisfied within 14 days of a return, you can return the item for a credit for another purchase from our website.  After 14 days of delivery, there are no returns.

If you experience problems with your item in the future, we will be glad to offer advice for its repair, and may be able to offer a service bid.
